Real Estate is like so many things in life. From a distance it seems all so simple, but the more you study it, the more you realize you don't know. Just ask a scientist studying black holes or nuclear fusion.

I like to think of myself not just as a Realtor but as a resource for information, advice, guidance and sometimes a little humor! Life is too short to be serious all the time.

I have 25 years experience leading companies in many countries. Now I am at your disposal in the complex, fascinating world of real estate, which is vital to how most of us live our lives. Real Estate is one of the main components of the American Dream. Achieving the Dream means owning it.

I was born in England and became President of one of the most famous Franchisor companies in Europe. I did business in many countries and came to the US to run a group of companies here. In 2001 my wife and I founded Modjeska Ranch Rescue, and have since adopted out over 7000 homeless cats and dogs. Real Estate is a fascinating business to be in now and helps support the rescue.
